Importing your financial data

Fathom directly integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and MYOB to import your financial data. If you're using another source accounting system, then you're also able to import your data into Fathom via Excel.

The data you can import includes your chart of accounts, budgets, & divisions (e.g. tracking categories, classes, locations, jobs & categories).

Xero, QuickBooks, Sage & MYOB

For more detail on each integration, please see the following articles:

📝 Note: Fathom does not import transactional data or individual customer or client data through our financial integrations.

📝 Note: Currently, we only integrate with Sage Business Cloud. If you use a different Sage product and want to see it integrated with Fathom, please let us know at support@fathomhq.com.

Excel

You can also import your financial data using Excel or CSV.

This is useful if you are using an accounting system other than Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB. You can export a multi-period Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, then import your financials via Excel.

Who don't we integrate with?

We do not currently integrate with NetSuite or other accounting systems. To bring in financial data from these systems, you must import via Excel.

Integration requests

In the future, we plan to allow for more direct integrations. If you would value a direct integration with a specific platform (for financial or non-financial data), please let us know by emailing support@fathomhq.com.
