Understanding Alerts
Within the Alerts section of consolidated group Settings, you can set alert thresholds for key metrics. The set thresholds represent a critical level which may indicate that the group is experiencing financial stress in the given area.
Example: An alert may trigger when 'Accounts Receivable Days' exceed a specific result, or when the cash held by the business drops below a certain amount.
When an alert is triggered, a notification appears within the KPI Summary and KPI Explorer Analysis tools and Pro reports.
πNote: Alerts in a consolidated group are not aggregated from the underlying companies; instead, they are set at the group level.
Customise Alerts in a Consolidated Group
Alerts can be set for a selection of key default metrics. You are unable to create or set alerts for custom metrics.
