Download your forecast to Excel

Download a copy of your forecast from Fathom to Excel

Get Excel exports of your Forecast

You can download an Excel export of your main forecast or a scenario directly to Excel from:

Download from the main grid

From the main forecast grid, you can download your forecast to Excel. If you have a scenario active on the grid, then you’ll be able to download the scenario.

To download your forecast directly to Excel from the main grid:

  1. Click the Cloud icon in the lower left corner.

  2. This will prompt you to select which of the three financial statements you’d like to download (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement). You can select all.

  3. Select the range of actuals that you’d like to appear (up to 12 months) as well as the forecast periods (up to 36 months).

📝 Note: The financial statements will download into separate Excel tabs in the same Excel workbook.

Download from the Forecast Settings

To download your forecast directly into Excel from the Forecast Settings:

  1. Click the Cog/Gear icon in the lower left corner of your forecast

  2. Select General at the top

  3. Click the Download Excel button.

  4. This will prompt you to select which of the three financial statements you’d like to download (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement). You can select all three.

  5. Select the range of actuals that you’d like to appear (up to 12) as well as the forecast periods (up to 36 months).

📝 Note: These statements will download into separate Excel tabs in the same Excel workbook.

Download from Reports
