What is the Prompt Library?
The Prompt Library lets Admin users create reusable prompts for the Commentary Writer. Any user in your Fathom organisation with permission to use the Commentary Writer can select and use these prompts.
A prompt is an instruction that guides the Commentary Writer in producing commentary for a report. You can use a prompt to specify:

Adding prompts to the Prompt Library allows you to save custom prompts for reuse. It helps maintain consistency and allows teams to share custom prompts that reliably produce effective commentary.
How can a shared prompt be tailored to a specific report or business?
When you use a prompt, the Commentary Writer can still apply Business Context and Report Context. This ensures the commentary reflects the specific business and reporting period.
To tailor the generated commentary with any prompt, enter the business or reporting period context and enable it in the Commentary Writer.
Add a prompt to the library
Only Admin users can add prompts to the library. An organisation can have up to 100 prompts in the prompt library.
To create a prompt:

Once created, the new prompt appears in the library and is available for anyone using the Commentary Writer in your Fathom organisation.

Who can use and manage prompts?
Admin users can add, edit, or delete prompts in the library.
All users within your Fathom organisation who have access to the Commentary Writer can view and use prompts in your organisation’s Prompt Library.
Edit or delete a prompt
Admin users can edit or delete any prompt in the Prompt Library at any time.
To edit or delete a prompt:

Any edits you make are immediately reflected for all users in your Fathom organisation. If you delete a prompt, it is removed for everyone.
