After creating a consolidated group you may want to configure the KPIs and targets for those KPIs.

Targets for a consolidated group are defined in the consolidated group Settings under 'Step 5: Set Targets' and it is exactly the same process as setting targets for a single entity.

It is important to note that targets in a consolidated group are not aggregated from the underlying entities, but rather defined specifically against the consolidated group.

Unlike targets, budgets are consolidated and can only be added from the underlying companies. They will then roll up to be available in the consolidated group.

If budgets have been consolidated from underlying entities, then these budgets can be used to help set the targets for financial KPIs.
