In-app Checklists

Our checklists break down the process of building a report, forecast, consolidated group, etc. into steps.

Each step links to a how-to resource, and you can check off steps as you complete them.

They are recommended for Advisor/Editor and Admin-level users in Fathom, to ensure you have the appropriate permissions to complete the checklists.

In-app Videos

The Reports and Forecast areas of the Fathom platform include several 'how-to' videos that you can access by clicking the Book & Glasses icon on the left sidebar.

You must be an Advisor/Editor or Admin-level user to see the in-app videos. You can keep track of which videos you've watched by checking them off in the menu.

Certification

Our Fathom Advisor Certification course is designed for accountants who want to master Fathom while earning CPD/CPE credits.

We do not recommend it for triallists who want to explore and quickly get started with Fathom (our other learning resources will be more helpful). Instead, we recommend it for users who want to ensure they understand the entire Fathom platform.

Resources for New Subscribers or New Users

All Admin or Advisor/Editor-level users on a new subscription, or newly added to an ongoing subscription, will receive Education Roadmap emails.

When you subscribe to Fathom or when you log in as a new user, you'll receive an in-app survey asking which areas of Fathom you want to learn about. If you complete this survey, your 'Education Roadmap' emails will be tailored to you.
