Why can’t I access Certification from my Fathom Account?
Certification is currently available to all Admin and Advisor level users of Fathom Organisations, which are labeled as Accountant. The accountant label was designated when you first set up the Fathom account. To make changes to this label or to request certification access, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
By default, client/viewer level users do not have access to Fathom Certification, as the course covers topics that require Admin or Advisor level access on the platform to use in product.
