Cancel your account
Only the Fathom Account Owner can cancel the Fathom account.
📝 Note: Subscribed accounts can be cancelled. If you are on a trial, then wait for the trial to expire. As you have not entered any payment details, you will not be charged.
When you cancel your Fathom account, you cancel all your subscription plans.
If you only want to end your Fathom Pro subscription, or only end your Portfolio plan subscription, then you must downgrade to the lowest plan tier.
Example A: If you are subscribed to a paying Fathom Pro plan and a paying Portfolio plan, but only want to be subscribed to Fathom Pro, then you can select the ‘None’ Portfolio plan. You will not be charged for the ‘None’ Portfolio plan.
Example B: If you are subscribed to a paying Fathom Pro plan and a paying Portfolio plan, but only want to be subscribed to Portfolio, then you can select the ‘Portfolio Only’ Fathom Pro plan. You will not be charged for the ‘Portfolio Only’ Fathom Pro plan.
You must be subscribed to at least one paying plan. You cannot be subscribed to both a ‘Portfolio Only’ Fathom Pro plan and a ‘None’ Portfolio plan.

How to cancel your account
To cancel the subscription, log in to your Fathom account:

When does data get deleted?
Once you have cancelled your account, the data in your account will be deleted from the Fathom system within 30 days. You can undo your cancellation within this time to retain your company data.
