How to restart your Fathom subscription

Undo your cancellation

Only the Account Owner can undo a cancellation of a Fathom account.

To undo your account cancellation:

Notice: If your Account/Billing page does not look like this, please see this article. We are slowly releasing a new version of our Account/Billing page, and you're likely on the other version. Both versions are secure and enable you to undo your account cancellation.

  1. Select the Cog/Gear icon in the top right corner of the 'My Companies' page

  2. Select Account/Billing

  3. Click on the Account tab

  4. Select the green Undo Cancellation button

When does data get deleted?

The data in your Fathom account will be deleted 30 days after you've cancelled the subscription.


Re-starting your Fathom subscription

If you cancelled your account more than 30 days ago, the data in the account has already been deleted from Fathom, and you will not be able to undo the account cancellation.

Instead, you can request a new trial of Fathom by contacting our Support Team at support@fathomhq.com.
