Need to cancel your Fathom subscription? Learn the correct way to end your subscription

Cancel your subscription

Only the Fathom Account Owner can cancel the Fathom subscription.

📝 Note: Only subscriptions can be cancelled. If you are on a trial, then leave the trial to expire. As you have not entered any payment details, you will not be charged.

To cancel the subscription, log in to your Fathom account:

❗Notice: If your Account/Billing page does not look like this, please see this article. We are slowly releasing a new version of our Account/Billing page, and you're likely on the other version. Both versions are secure and enable you to cancel your account.

  1. Select the Cog/Gear icon in the top right corner on the black bar of the 'My Companies' page

  2. Choose Account/Billing

  3. Under the Account tab, select Cancel subscription
    ​
    ​

  4. Go through the steps of the module until you can select the red Cancel subscription button

​When does data get deleted?

Once you have cancelled your account, the data in your account will be deleted from the Fathom system within 30 days. You can undo your cancellation within this time to retain your company data.
