Our Help Centre is the hub of all resources we’ve created, from articles to guides and videos. As such, it is the best place to start.
You can use the search bar to enter a topic of keyword for a prompting of article suggestions, or browse the entire collection for yourself, including a list of FAQs.
If you are new to Fathom, or you would like some extra insight into how the product works, we recommend that you register for a weekly training webinar. In this webinar we walkthrough the set-up and dive into Fathom Analysis and Reporting. We’ll also review consolidations and benchmarking for multi-company features, and end with a live Q&A.
If you would like to contact a Fathom representative with a question, you can do so via the messenger box located in the bottom right corner of the Fathom platform. We typically reply to in-app messages sent during our business hours within a few hours. Our customer success teams are located in Australia (Brisbane), United States (Seattle), and United Kingdom (London).
