Resources available for support and how to interact with the Fathom team

Help Centre

Our Help Centre is the hub of all resources we’ve created, from articles to guides and videos. As such, it is the best place to start. 

You can use the search bar to enter a topic or keyword for article suggestions or browse the entire collection of articles, including a list of FAQs

If you're beginning to set up your company in Fathom, we recommend the Getting Started with Fathom article.


Webinars

If you are new to Fathom or would like some extra insight into how the product works, we recommend registering for one of our live webinars.

In these webinars, we walk through setting up a company in Fathom and dive into Fathom Analysis, Reporting, and Forecasting. We’ll also review consolidations and benchmarking for multi-company features and end with a live Q&A.

You can also choose to view pre-recorded webinars in your own time.


Messenger

If you have a question, you can contact a Fathom representative via the messenger box in the bottom right corner of the Fathom platform. We typically reply to in-app messages sent during business hours within 30 minutes. Our customer success teams are located in Australia (Brisbane), the United States (Seattle), the United Kingdom (London), and the Phillippines.


Blog

Our blog hosts a great deal of content, including case studies from existing users from both a business and accountancy practice perspective. You can also find articles on features within Fathom, previous and upcoming events where you can meet some Fathom team members, and industry-specific articles for more in-depth insight.


Email

Finally, you can email Fathom support at support@fathomhq.com and expect a response within the day.
