How to un-cancel your Fathom account

Only the Account Owner can undo a cancellation of a Fathom account.

To undo your account cancellation:

Notice: If your Account/Billing page does not look like this, please see this article. We are slowly releasing a new version of our Account/Billing page, and you're likely on the other version. Both versions are secure and enable you to undo your account cancellation.

  1. Select the Cog/Gear icon in the top right corner of the 'My Companies' page

  2. Select Account/Billing

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

  4. Select Undo Cancellation

Notice: If you cancelled your account more than 30 days ago, the data in the account has likely already been deleted from Fathom, and you will not be able to undo the account cancellation.

Instead, you can request a new trial of Fathom by contacting our Support Team at support@fathomhq.com.
