How can I see a log of deleted companies and groups?

View a list of companies and groups that have been deleted from your account and who deleted them

Deleted Companies Log

If you are an Admin level user in Fathom, then you’re able to view the deleted companies log for your Fathom organisation. This log details:

  • The most recently deleted companies or consolidated groups (up to the last 20 companies or consolidated groups that have been deleted)

  • The date and time of deletion

  • Which user deleted the company or consolidated group

Accessing the log

To access the deleted companies log:

  1. Go to the ‘My Companies’ page in Fathom

  2. In the black bar at the top of the page, select the ‘Cog/Gear’ icon in the right corner

    ​

  3. From the drop down, choose ‘Delete a company or group’
    ​
    ​

  4. Select the ‘Deleted Log’ tab
