How can I see a log of deleted companies and groups?

View a list of companies and groups that have been deleted from your account and who deleted them

Deleted Companies Log

If you are an admin-level user in Fathom, you can view a log of deleted companies for your Fathom organisation. This log details:

  • The most recently deleted companies or consolidated groups (up to the last 20 companies or consolidated groups that have been deleted)

  • The date and time of deletion
    ​

  • Which user deleted the company or consolidated group

Access the log

To access the deleted companies log:

  1. Go to the My Companies page in Fathom
    ​
    ​

  2. In the black bar at the top of the page, select the Cog/Gear icon in the right corner
    ​
    ​

  3. From the drop-down, choose Delete a company or group
    ​
    ​

  4. Select the Deleted Log tab
