Common questions about Fathom's pricing increases

When does the new pricing take effect?

These changes will apply to new subscriptions and upgrades from 18 March 2024 GMT. The new pricing will apply to existing customers from 1 May 2024.

Why is Fathom increasing prices?

Fathom performs a regular pricing review to ensure we continue to provide the latest product innovations and a best-in-class customer experience. Since the last price increase a year and a half ago, we’ve released over 50 product enhancements, including divisional budgets, custom terminology, and five-year forecasting.

Where else can I go to get information on this change?

All Fathom account holders will be informed of these changes via email on 18 March 2024. As always, you can reply to that email, and our customer support team will be happy to help with your questions.

I’m a current Fathom customer. What do I need to know about the price change?

Existing customer pricing will not change until 1 May 2024 GMT, after which you will be automatically converted to the new pricing on your usual monthly billing date. The new pricing will be reflected on your May monthly invoice.

Can customers change their plan?

Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time. Note that the new pricing will apply to any changes from March 18th, 2024. Please visit the Account / Billing section of your account to view or change your current plan.

As a reminder, Fathom continually detects whether you’re on the plan that offers the most value. If you'll save money in the future by upgrading to the next tier, we’ll automatically apply that change to your account.

I’m currently on a trial, but I haven’t signed up yet. What about me?

Customers on a trial have not yet committed to pricing. If you sign up on or after 18 March 2024 you will subscribe to the new pricing.
