Step 1: Update Data

To access 'Update Data' > go to 'Setup' for a company > then 'Step 1'.
This step allows you to update the source data for your company. Source data include financials results, budgets and non-financial KPIs.
Financials and budgets can be source from either Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online or Excel.
Additionally, non-financial results can be sourced from Excel (.csv of .xlsx) files.
Removing financial periods
If required, you can delete previously imported financial periods. This is useful, if you have imported results for incomplete periods which may be distorting QTD or YTD analysis.
Removing a budget
If required, you can delete previously imported financial budget. This is useful, if you wish to replace this budget with another budget.
When you have finished adding or updating data, please proceed to ‘Step 2’.
