How do I invite team members to join my Fathom account?

There are no per-user fees in Fathom, so you can share access with as many team members and clients as you wish. An administrator user from your organisation has the permission to share access with other persons. To do this:

1. Login to your Fathom account
2. Select the Administration menu (cog icon) from the top right menu
3. Select "User Management", and then select "Invite a person"
4. Specify the ‘First name’, ‘Last name’ and ‘Email Address’ and a role for the user
5. Select which companies and consolidated groups this person has permission to access.

This person will then be sent an email invitation. The user can then specify their own secure password and access Fathom.
