The Division summary provides a side-by-side breakdown of Class, Location, or Division results in a single table. Each column represents a set of financials for each tracking category or class.
Adding the Division summary
The Division summary can be added to a report from the ‘Tables & Financials’ section of the content library. Use the ‘Type’ dropdown to filter and select the Division summary statement:
Editing the Division summary
Once added, you can ‘Edit’ the Division summary to customise the layout of the statement. Filter columns by Divisions, Classes or Locations, and choose to display the ‘Other’ or ‘Total’ columns. Rows can be adjusted to reflect a Summary, or multiple levels of detail in the statement layout as well.
To rearrange columns, simply drag and drop them vertically in the side menu. The order of columns set in the side menu will be represented horizontally within the statement layout.
